- Merchandise may be returned within 10
(ten) days of receipt for either a full refund (not including
shipping), merchandise exchange or credit.
- Refunds and or merchandise returns will
NOT be honored within this highlighted 10 (ten) day period
if the merchandise in question is offered by the purchasing
party to any other parties, public or private, or on any market
(eBay for example) or through any medium whatsoever.
TAX AND DUTIES

customs or taxes on any international shipment
- 7.00% sales tax will be applied to purchases
made within Rhode Island
- Purchases will be deemed
made in Rhode Island, and will be governed by the Laws of

All orders are shipped via USPS
with delivery confirmation. All Canadian orders should have
a full declared value. If recipient wishes to declare a lower
value, GameWorn.com accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged
packages.
All services of UPS and Fed Ex
are available at an additional cost. Please do not ask us for
your shipper ID unless absolutely necessary.

TRADES
- All trades are welcomed. Please email

fax (401) 943-9403. We are proud of our reputation, however
if you feel you have to wait for our package to arrive before
you send yours please let us know.
We offer 15 and 30 day lay-away options
with no interest. 45 day is available on orders over $500. We
ask for a min of 20% for the first payment, which is non-refundable
after 31 days.
You decide 15, 30 or 60 day lay-away (set
for 30 days if not specified). We will mail you a receipt along
with pre printed labels for easy mailing. Feel free to make
as many payments as you wish as long as the item is paid for
within the requested time. Once the order is paid in full, your
item will be shipped via USPS. Forms of payment accepted are
Check or Money Order. If for any reason you decide not to continue
payments after 31 days, your 20% deposit is non-refundable.
